I’m a queer-, kink-, and poly-affirming therapist who believes in therapy that’s real, collaborative, and tailored to you. No one-size-fits-all solutions. Just honest connection and tools that actually help. I particularly enjoy working with those healing from relational and religious trauma and OCD. You don’t have to tone yourself down here—bring your full self, nerdy hyper-fixations included.

My approach combines narrative therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, ERP, and EMDR, blending top-down (cognition and meaning-making) and bottom-up (somatic and nervous system) approaches. That means we might explore the stories that shaped you and gently work with how trauma shows up in your body. Many of my clients are deeply thoughtful and self-aware—but still feel stuck. That’s where our work begins.

Therapy with me is a space where all parts of you are welcome. The messy parts, the brave parts, and the nerdy parts. We’ll move at your pace, with authenticity, compassion, and probably a little humor, too. If you are looking for a therapist who’s affirming, nerdy, and down-to-earth—I’d be honored to join you on your quest.

Someone who won’t blink when you talk about your OCD spirals, your queer joy (or grief), your trauma, or your kink identity.

Whether you’re exploring gender euphoria, ethical non-monogamy, or just trying to feel more grounded—I’m here to walk with you, not ahead of you.

You deserve a therapist who gets you.
